Corn starch, lactic ferments (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bidum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus), vegetable capsule (gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Advice for use :

  • Our naturopath recommends 1 capsule per day with a glass of quality water for 30 to 90 days. 1 capsule contains 14 billion probiotics.
  • To benefit from all the benefits of probiotics, it is important to take your capsule in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally 30 minutes before the meal, or 2 hours after.
  • Do not accompany with a very hot drink, lactic ferments are destroyed above 45°C.
  • Depending on your feelings, you can renew this program for 30 to 90 days a year.
